Garrison Weekend at Fort Loudoun is a time when the daily lives of the men women and children of Fort Loudoun is recreated for the public.The Garrison Weekend begins with a “roll call,” summoning re-enactment soldiers to their posts just as it would have been done 250 years ago. Park visitors will find living history re-enactors in costume at Fort Loudoun. !

2011 Fall Buzz Festival

Held on the grounds at Coker Creek Village, the two day event brings crafters, artists, food vendors, entertainers and more, from near and far. Over 70 artists and crafters were in attendance this year. Kids can take free wagon and horseback rides during the festival and visitors can watch a board splitting demonstration or try their hand at panning for gold or gems at the Coker Creek Village Visitors’ Center.
